All DripDrop products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location.

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges applied by their country.

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Some products may be shipped separately depending on the fulfilment partner and product type.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, this is completely normal.

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive on time, DripDrop cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:
