Returns & Refunds

Made-to-Order Products

All DripDrop™ products are made specifically for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure every drop remains limited.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering multiple sizes, colours, or variants for comparison
  • Customer ordering errors

Please check all sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sup@drip-drop.co.uk.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

If an item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement where appropriate.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have certain cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that these rights may not apply to goods that are made to order, produced to customer specifications, or personalised.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at sup@drip-drop.co.uk
